The national migration plan presents how France intends to migrate to SEPA. The 2nd version, released on 11 October 2007, updates elements of the 1st version as well as gives more precisions, in particular on the payment instruments that are not covered by the EPC work and on which the National Committee has postponed its decision, and on the migration timetable, which has been adapted to take into account the adoption of the Payment Services Directive and the EPC additional work.
