The SEPA area covers:
- The European Economic Area (EEA)
- The 27 Member States of the European Union (EU)
- Three Member States of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA): Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway
- Switzerland that is also a member of the EFTA
The French overseas territories of Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana Reunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-and-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin are part of the SEPA area. Monaco is also included.
